Framework Contract For Hospital Supplies And Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of medicine and surgical disposable items for local purchase zakat and UHI patients - pathology laboratory items - general store items - printing items - stationery items - services and maintenance items - IT equipment - X ray films and chemicals - medical gases and fire extinguisher materials for financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited through E-PADS under single stage two envelope procedure from suppliers manufacturers and firms registered with relevant authorities tax departments and holding professional tax certificates. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated cost of each lot is required and original bid security instruments must be submitted before bid submission. Framework contracts shall remain valid up to 30 June 2027. Bids shall be submitted electronically and opened according to the prescribed schedule. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
