Hiring Of Vehicles On Rental Basis Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of rental vehicle services for staff for a period of 12 months extendable. Bidding shall be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 through National Competitive Bidding using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Only suppliers and contractors registered on e-PADS having active filer NTN and PNTN are eligible. Estimated cost is Rs.36,099,000 and bid security is 2 percent of estimated cost amounting to Rs.721,980. Original bid security in the form of CDR or Pay Order in favour of Director Administration Punjab WASA must be submitted physically before closing time. Only e-bids submitted through e-PADS shall be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders representatives.
