Description
Supply of fresh ration for cadet mess and supply of uniform and bedding items. Complete bidding documents may be obtained upon written application and payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 for each procurement. Bids must be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 50,000 for each in the form of pay order or demand draft, and samples of uniform items are required to be submitted with tender documents to ascertain quality. Eligibility requirements include similar assignments completed during the last three years with supporting award documents or agreements, details of equipment vehicles staff and office, bank statement of the last six months, income tax returns for the last three years, registration with tax authorities including NTN SNTN and sales tax registration, affidavit confirming no litigation involvement, and valid tax registrations. Procurement shall follow a single stage one envelope bidding procedure. Conditional telegraphic late incomplete bids, bids without required bid security, and bids from blacklisted firms shall be rejected. Bid validity period is ninety days. Tender evaluation will be based on quality and competitiveness of price.
