Supply Of Fresh Meat And Ration Items Tender Notice
Description
Daily supply of fresh meat and ration items for various welfare centers operating under the Social Welfare Department for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through EPADS using Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Bidders must be registered under a federal or provincial registration regime and possess valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration. A valid license certificate issued under Section 15 of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety and Halal Food Authority Act 2014 is mandatory. Bidders must appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Firms must demonstrate relevant experience in successful ration supply to government institutions and provide documentary evidence. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt amounting to PKR 700,000 is required. Financial capability evidence including bank statements duly verified by a bank manager must be attached. Successful bidder shall supply all ration items on FOR basis to the concerned centers and institutions located in District Peshawar. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government policy. Procuring entity reserves the right to reject one or all bids under KPPRA Rules 2014.
