Maintenance And Water Supply Infrastructure Works Tender Notice
Description
Annual maintenance and repair of civil works, electric motors, pumps, transformers, voltage stabilizers and regulators of completed water supply schemes in multiple PK areas during the year 2026-27, along with construction of water supply scheme for Degree College for Boys Mansehra City under ADP 250273 (2025-26). Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure using EPADS. Bidders are required to submit technical and financial proposals electronically and in hard copy. Mandatory requirements include valid PEC registration 2025-26, KPPRA registration, FBR registration, works department enlistment, audit reports, bank statements, affidavits, warehouse and workshop certifications, performance certificates, work orders of similar projects, bid security of 2 percent, additional security where applicable, stamp duty and bid entry fee at 0.03 percent. Financial bids of only technically responsive bidders shall be opened after technical evaluation. Registration with KPRA is mandatory. Incomplete, inaccurate or non-compliant bids shall be rejected.
