Description
Establishment of a public park at KRL Road Rawalpindi through e-PADS under single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Contractors and firms must be registered with Punjab PPRA and possess valid Pakistan Engineering Council registration in category C-4 or above with relevant codes. Bid security amounting to Rs. 1.393 million in the form of CDR is mandatory and original CDR must be submitted before bid submission deadline. Financial bids will be opened for technically qualified bidders only. Additional performance security may be required if bid amount is lower than prescribed threshold.
