Medicines Vaccines Supply Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines and vaccines to in-service and retired employees on discounted monthly rates. Procurement is open to registered local chemists and druggists including wholesalers and retailers. Bidding shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure via E-PADS. Bid security of 5% of estimated cost in the form of CDR is required in favor of Director Finance. Bidders must possess valid Drug Sale License Form-9, active tax status, experience of supplying government hospitals or institutions and submit authenticity affidavit and non-blacklisting undertaking. Contract period shall be one year and may be extended. Monthly payments will be made. Bid opening will be held on 30 June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
