Supply Of Medicines Under Health Card Program Tender Notice
Description
Supply of medicines for the Balochistan Health Card Program at an empaneled hospital. Sealed quotations are invited from registered firms, medical stores and suppliers engaged in the medicines business. Eligibility requirements include registration with Income Tax Department, Active Taxpayer status with FBR, valid ISO 9001 certification, minimum 10 years experience in government public sector hospitals, valid drug sales license, financial worthiness of Rs. 100 million, registration of supplied items with the Drug Regulatory Authority, compliance with shelf life requirements, cold chain protocols for sensitive medicines and vaccines, affidavit regarding non-blacklisting and provision of highest rebate and lowest rates sustained for twelve months. Bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of pay order, demand draft or bank guarantee is required. Procurement will follow a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure comprising eligibility and financial proposals. Quotations will be opened at 12:00 noon on the submission date.
