Auction Of Commercial Plots On Monthly Rent Basis Tender Notice
Description
Public auction for leasing commercial plots and vacant properties of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Highways Authority on a monthly rental basis. Multiple plots at Chamkani and other locations are offered with reserve prices and security deposits of Rs. 200,000 per plot. Interested bidders must deposit earnest money of Rs. 30,000 before the auction. Successful bidders shall execute a rental agreement and provide the required security deposit. Lease period is on annual rental basis with yearly enhancement in rent and corresponding increase in security. The authority reserves the right to terminate agreements in accordance with conditions and may reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Detailed terms and conditions may be obtained from the authority office during working hours.
