Canteen Operation Contract Tender Notice
Description
Auction for the operation of the hospital canteen for the financial year 2026-2027 with an annual reserve price of PKR 500,000. The contract shall be awarded through open public auction to the highest eligible bidder under the prescribed terms and conditions. Tender documents may be purchased for a non-refundable fee of PKR 1,000. Applications shall be submitted at the office of the Medical Superintendent using the prescribed documents. A bid security of PKR 50,000 in the form of CDR is mandatory. Original CDR, original CNIC, original auction fee receipt and all required documents must be produced. Defaulters of government or semi-government organizations are ineligible. Bidders must be active taxpayers and possess NTN registration. The successful bidder shall submit a performance guarantee equal to 50 percent of the successful bid amount in the form of CDR within three days and pay the contract amount including applicable taxes in monthly installments before the 15th of each month. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM after document submission closes at 11:00 AM. If the scheduled auction is cancelled, it will be re-held on 2026-08-22 and subsequently on 2026-08-24 at the same venue and time. The auction committee reserves the right to reject the auction before award.
