Provision Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services for Sandeman Provincial Hospital Quetta for financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Bid security of 2 percent is required along with tender fee of Rs.1000. Eligible bidders must possess at least three similar assignments worth PKR 15 million each during the previous three years, accumulated turnover of at least PKR 45 million, active taxpayer status, BRA registration, valid ISO 9001 certification, EOBI registration, office in Quetta and minimum ten years experience in hospital cleaning services. Firms must provide cleaning materials and undertake payment of staff salaries for at least five months in case of delayed payments.
