Description
Construct bridge and boundary wall in Saraich, PP-164, NA-123 Lahore. The procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure on E-PADS. Estimated cost is Rs. 39,252,886 with earnest money of Rs. 1,962,644 equal to 5 percent of the estimated cost. Contractors and firms must be registered with E-PADS, FBR and PRA and possess PEC Category C-5 or above with specialized codes CE-01, CE-10, CE-11(ix) and CE-11(vii). Technical evaluation criteria include valid registrations, bank balance of at least Rs. 20 million and completion of at least two similar projects costing Rs. 35 million during the last five years. Only technically responsive bidders shall qualify for financial bid opening.
