Purchase And Fabrication Of Solid Waste Machinery Tender Notice
Description
Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including front end loader and back hoe, mini tippers and tractor trolleys. The chassis shall be supplied by the procuring entity. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms having NTN, GST, valid renewed PEC registration and 3S facility comprising sale, service and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa may participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted through EPADS. Technical bids shall be opened after bid submission while financial bids of only technically responsive bidders shall be opened later after technical evaluation. Original bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR is required. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including free delivery and the successful bidder shall provide operational training. Applicable taxes shall apply and purchase order shall be subject to release of funds.
