Description

Supply and fabrication of solid waste machinery including one front end loader with backhoe, two mini tippers having 1-1.5 cubic metre capacity and one tractor trolley as per prescribed specifications. The chassis shall be provided by the procuring agency. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure with separate technical and financial proposals submitted electronically through EPADS. Eligible manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers and firms must possess valid NTN, GST registration, renewed Pakistan Engineering Council registration and maintain a 3S facility comprising sales, service and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Technical proposals shall be evaluated first and only technically responsive bidders shall have their financial proposals opened at a later date to be communicated by email. A bid security equal to 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR in favour of TMO TMA Lower Tanawal is mandatory and must be submitted in original before the closing date. Rates shall be quoted on FOR basis including free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder shall provide complete operational training to staff. Applicable sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes and stamp duties shall apply. Purchase order shall be subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders in accordance with KPPRA Rules.
