Rehabilitation And Improvement Of Teaching Hospital Building Tender Notice
Description
Rehabilitation and improvement works for the old District Headquarters Hospital for establishment of Maryam Nawaz Sharif Medical College and Teaching Hospital under the Maintenance and Repair head. Eligible engineering firms and contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System may participate. Bids shall be submitted electronically on the Punjab E-Procurement System in accordance with the applicable PPRA Rules using the prescribed e-tendering process. Earnest money shall be 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank and a scanned copy shall be uploaded with the bid while the original Call Deposit Receipt must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee before bid opening. Bids shall be retrieved at 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Successful bidder shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount within 15 days. Contractors must quote rates against each BOQ item and incomplete financial bids shall be treated as non-responsive.
