Framework Contracts For Medicines Surgical Disposables And M Tender Notice
Description
Procure framework contracts for the financial year 2026-2027 including local purchase of day-to-day medicines, surgical disposable items and biomedical gases. Bidding is open to financially sound firms, agencies, institutional pharmacy businesses and chain pharmacies of District Vehari holding a valid retail drug sale license and registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments. Procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security valid for 120 days in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank is mandatory and the original instrument must be submitted one hour before bid opening. Bidders shall submit their best and final prices as negotiations are not permitted. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
