Student Chairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of student chairs and inverter batteries for solar systems through the Punjab E-Tendering System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement includes student chairs for academic buildings and inverter batteries for the solar system installed at the Vice Chancellor Office and Conference Hall. Electronic technical and financial proposals shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Earnest money equal to 2% of the estimated cost of each item shall be submitted in the form of CDR before bid opening. Technical bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on the opening date. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, authorized dealers, suppliers, sales agents and distributors registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
