Procurement of summer and winter uniforms for boys and girls for approximately 166 students enrolled at the institution, including boys shirts with department monogram, Malatia gray pants, black belts, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white vest or bunyan, navy blue ties with golden strips, navy blue jerseys, girls navy blue qameez or shirt with department monogram, shalwar and white dupatta, black shoes of quality at least equal to Bata or Service, black socks, white slip or shameez, white shawl and maroon jersey. The estimated procurement cost is Rs. 2.5 million and bid security is Rs. 75,000 representing 3% of estimated procurement cost. Eligible firms, companies, sole proprietors and general order suppliers must be registered with relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and PRA and registered with PPRA. Bids shall be submitted through e-PADS under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and Financial bids will be opened electronically in the presence of the procurement committee and bidders or authorized representatives. Original bid security in the form of CDR, Demand Draft or Pay Order from a scheduled bank must reach the procuring office before opening of the Technical Proposal. Rates must include all applicable taxes. Successful bidders must furnish performance guarantee of 10% of the successful bidding price. Individual student measurements and sizing will be undertaken by the successful bidder, and uniforms must be supplied in labelled packets with student name and class on free delivery basis. Samples are mandatory on the day of technical bid opening, and supplied items are subject to inspection and laboratory testing.
