Description
Procurement of yellow printing paper through Single Stage-One Envelope bidding procedure. Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS and manual bids will not be accepted. Bid security of 20,650.00 must be submitted as pay order, demand draft, unconditional bank guarantee or eligible insurance guarantee. Scanned bid security shall be uploaded through EPADS while the original must reach the purchase department before bid submission deadline. Bids will be evaluated technically according to specifications, BOQ and tender conditions. Conditional or incomplete bids will not be considered. Bid opening will take place at 11:30 AM. Bid validity is 90 days. Pro Tip: This procurement includes yellow printing paper, security printing paper, printing stock, paper supplies, printing materials, stationery products, industrial printing paper and document production materials.
