Construction Of Streets And Drains Development Works Tender Notice
Description
Construction and development works including street construction, drains, nallahs and drainage infrastructure at Kallowall, Badshah Pur, Warriyat and Village Mianwal Ranjha under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure. Electronic bids shall be uploaded through EPADS while bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted digitally in favour of District Council Mandi Bahauddin. Contractors shall possess valid PEC registration in the relevant category for the financial year 2026-27. The lowest cost method shall be adopted. Additional performance security shall apply where the quoted rate is more than 4.99% below the approved estimate. Pro Tip: This procurement includes street construction, drainage works, nallah construction, municipal infrastructure, civil engineering, urban development, road improvement and public infrastructure projects.
