Prequalification For Repair And Maintenance Services Tender Notice

Prequalification is invited for framework repair and maintenance services including official vehicles and motor bikes of Suzuki, Toyota and Honda - computers - printers - LCD and LED displays - laptops - CCTV cameras - IT equipment - office buildings - photocopiers - fax machines - networking equipment - switches - air conditioners - refrigerators - water dispensers - ovens - electric heaters - electric geysers - fans - furniture and fixtures - aluminum doors - office building repair and electrical works for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System in accordance with PPRA Rules. Eligible firms, contractors and auto workshops based in Islamabad with NTN, Sales Tax registration, Active Taxpayer List status, vendor numbers and required facilities may participate. Refundable bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order is mandatory. Bid submission closes on 21-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM. Pro Tip: This prequalification covers vehicle maintenance, IT equipment servicing, office machinery repair, electrical maintenance, HVAC appliances, furniture repairs and building maintenance under a framework arrangement.
