Procurement Of It Hardware Networking Equipment And Digitali Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes laptops, desktop computers, UPS units, display screens, laser printers, label and thermal printers, laptop trolleys and turnkey networking infrastructure for implementation of HMIS at PESSI Hospitals under Project ITOPS-04, together with laptops, book scanners, laser printers and 65-inch LED televisions for digitalization of various government projects under Project EGOV-09. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible bidders registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Tender documents are available free of cost from the PITB and PPRA websites. Separate technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System along with the prescribed fixed bid security for each lot. Bid submission closes on 18-Aug-2026 at 11:00 AM and bids shall be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
