Framework Contract For Printing And Publication Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of printing and publication services. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Estimated procurement value is PKR 2,163,950 with refundable bid security of PKR 108,198 equal to 5% of the estimated value. Eligible firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax and the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted online and opened after verification of bid security status. Bid validity shall remain 90 days. Successful bidders shall furnish a refundable performance guarantee equal to 10% of the contract amount before execution of the agreement. Prices shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes and transportation costs.
