Stationery And Printing Framework Contract Lots Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement of different head items for the offices of the Secretary, Youth Affairs & Sports Department, comprising stationery, printing and publication, cost of other stores, computer stationery, other items, entertainment and gifts, and IT equipment. E-bids are invited on lot basis and contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. The bidding procedure is single stage two envelope. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax authorities and must submit separate e-bids for each lot in which they wish to participate. Bid security is required for each lot in the amounts specified: Rs. 85,000 for stationery, Rs. 75,000 for printing and publication, Rs. 102,500 for other stores, Rs. 135,000 for computer stationery, Rs. 260,000 for others, Rs. 75,000 for entertainment and gifts and Rs. 75,000 for IT equipment. Bid securities must be in the prescribed financial instrument forms and late e-bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened at 11:30 AM in accordance with the stated schedule.
