Framework Contract For Printing Of Form 7 Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for printing of Form-7 on DDP basis for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure. Active taxpayers registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity shall remain 180 days from the date of bid opening. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount shall be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before bid submission. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
