Procurement covers supply of engineering materials and railway manufacturing items including M.S. channels, equal angles, G.I. sheets, M.S. channels, angles, M.S. rounds, square billets, M.S. sheets, plates, stainless steel sheets, round bars, hard manganese, chains, expanded metal, aluminum composite panels, stainless steel commodes, PVC cables, double tube lights, T8 LED tube rods, intercar couplers, carriage roof fans, granular cork, bitumen, tapestry cloth, artificial leather, PVC materials, rubber bulge, steel putty, steel primer, destination boards, water lifting pumps, adhesive solution, silicon sealant, foam sheets, nitric acid and other chemicals, M.S., galvanized and seamless pipes, condenser fan motors, evaporator fan motors, heater assemblies, compressors, outsourced bogie machining work, lateral control bar bushes, air hose pipes, rubber profiles and associated materials. Bids are invited from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers and contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004. Bids must be submitted only through EPADS, complete scanned bid documents must be uploaded on EPADS, and physical bid security must be deposited before the tender closing time in the designated tender box. Bidding is on DAP basis. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 hrs on the respective tender closing dates according to the published schedule.
