Description
Framework contract for the ADP Scheme "Construction of Building Cancer Center" includes procurement of medical and laboratory equipment, furniture and fixtures, and IT hardware on F.O.R. basis. Procurement shall be conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant authorities including Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax departments. Separate technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of the quoted items shall be submitted through the online portal in accordance with PPRA rules.
