Framework Contract For Stationery Equipment Furniture And Pr Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27 includes procurement of stationery, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, garden items, accommodation and refreshment for VVIP visits, routine items and printing services. Procurement shall be conducted through the EPADS portal using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligible firms and suppliers must be registered with FBR and EPADS, provide CNIC, NTN or Active Taxpayer Certificate and an affidavit confirming they are not blacklisted. Bidders must quote all items within the selected package. Separate bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is required for each package. Electronic bids shall be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
