Framework Contract For Office Supplies Equipment And Service Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement for repair services and purchase of stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication, hot and cold charges, entertainment items, sports items, beds, boxes, tents, tarpaulins, ordnance stores, other stores, crime scene items, uniforms, protective clothing, plant and machinery, IT equipment, hardware, software, furniture, fixtures, transport, office building maintenance and related items for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding shall follow open competitive single stage two envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security shall be 2% of the estimated cost for each lot through PSID. Successful bidders shall provide 2% performance guarantee. Bids shall be opened after the submission deadline.
