Sale Of Unserviceable And Condemned Hostel Articles Tender Notice
Description
Auction for the sale of unserviceable and condemned articles lying in university hostels on an as-is where-is basis. Interested bidders may inspect the articles during office hours before the auction. Participants shall deposit a non-refundable registration fee and an advance amount before commencement of the auction along with original CNIC for verification. The successful bidder shall deposit one-third of the auction amount immediately after the auction and pay the remaining balance within two days before removing the auctioned material at their own risk and cost. Applicable withholding taxes shall be paid according to government rules. Pro Tip: This auction includes disposal of condemned furniture, equipment, hostel articles, scrap materials, surplus assets and institutional unserviceable inventory through public auction.
