Supply Of Student Uniform Kits Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of winter and summer uniform kits for 250 special education students including boys uniforms consisting of shirts, pants with belts, ties, banyans and shoes, girls uniforms consisting of shalwar, qameez, dupatta and shoes, and winter kits including jerseys, shawls and winter caps. Bidding shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically by 20-08-2026 at 10:00 AM and technical bids shall be opened at 10:30 AM. Bid security equal to 5% of the total estimated cost shall be submitted electronically and in original before the closing time. Quality laboratory test reports, samples and a performance guarantee of 10% of the contract value are required from the successful bidder.
