Supply Of Janitorial Services And Unskilled Labour Tender Notice
Description
Engagement of firms for the supply of unskilled labour to provide janitorial services including cleaning of residential colony roads, streets, gutters, sewerage lines and collection of waste material in the residential colony. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules 2004 using the least cost based selection method. Eligible bidders shall be registered on PPRA EPADS, possess active FBR registration for Income Tax and GST/SST, be financially and technically capable, not be blacklisted and satisfy all qualification requirements. Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee before the online submission deadline. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and opened electronically in the presence of bidders.
