Procurement Of Ortho Foam Bi Fold Mattresses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of ortho foam bi-fold rebounding mattresses with cotton covers for institutional use. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules using the least cost method. Electronic bids shall be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through Bank Guarantee, 1Link, online bank transfer or PSID. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract price shall also be submitted electronically. Samples and laboratory testing requirements shall be fulfilled by bidders.
