Supply Of Orthopedic Foam Mattresses Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of 70000 orthopedic bi-fold rebounding foam mattresses with cotton covers for Punjab Prisons on F.O.R. Jail Gates basis through the Punjab e-Procurement System using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and least cost method. Eligible manufacturers general order suppliers and authorized dealers registered with relevant tax authorities are invited to participate. Bid security of 2% amounting to Rs.7,649,600 shall be submitted electronically. Five samples are required. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 10.08.2026 at 11:00 AM. Performance guarantee of 5% of the contract price is mandatory. Bids will be opened at 03:30 PM.
