Enterprise Resource Planning Software Services Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software services for the headquarters under a three-year contract. Procurement shall be conducted through National Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004. Eligible bidders shall possess NTN, Sales Tax registration and active taxpayer status with FBR. Request for Proposal documents are available from the procuring agency and EPADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 2026-08-12 at 10:00 AM. Each bid shall be accompanied by bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, Call Deposit or Banker's Cheque. Original bid security shall reach the procuring agency before bid closing. Electronic bids shall be submitted through EPADS only and opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
