Provision Of Janitorial Services Tender Notice
Description
Provision of janitorial services including deployment of 20 janitors and supply of janitorial service materials for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Electronic tenders shall be submitted online only and opened electronically on the scheduled date and time. Each bidder shall provide bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost amounting to Rs. 736,708 in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR. Conditional and incomplete tenders shall not be considered. The successful firm shall ensure timely payment of wages to janitors in accordance with government prescribed rates.
