Framework Contracts For Hospital Supplies And Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement under framework contracts for general store items - medical gases - CT scan MRI and X-ray films - dental items - stationery items - linen items - waste and infection control items - biomedical accessories - pathology items - IT equipment - repairing of IT equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System using electronic means under Rule 12 of the Punjab Procurement Rules and Section 5 of the Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2022. Bidding shall follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure with separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically. Interested eligible firms with established technical, financial and managerial capabilities may download the bidding documents free of cost from the prescribed portals. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount shall be submitted in original before bid closing and a scanned copy shall be uploaded through the E-Procurement System. Successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee equal to 5% in the form of Cash Deposit Receipt, Bank Guarantee, Bank Draft or Pay Order. All applicable federal and provincial taxes shall be included in the quoted rates. Bids will be opened on the same day after the submission deadline.
