Framework contracts for procurement of miscellaneous items, hot and cold items, sports items, tents, store articles, road safety items, entertainment and gifts, computer hardware, software, electronic communication equipment, advertising materials, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture, stationery, printing, lubricants, filters, repair of furniture, machinery, IT equipment, transport, tyres, tubes, batteries, spare parts and repair of office and residential buildings for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security equal to 4% of the estimated cost shall accompany each bid and successful bidders shall furnish 5% performance security.
