Annual framework contracts for repair and maintenance works in Faisalabad city during FY 2026-27, comprising repair and maintenance of Tuff Tiles, road patchwork, curb stones, signage and direction boards and raising of manholes with estimated cost Rs. 400,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 20,000,000; repair and maintenance of PCC, RCC, brick work and raising of manholes with estimated cost Rs. 200,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 10,000,000; repair and maintenance of thermoplastic lane marking, cat eyes, standardized speed breakers and signage with estimated cost Rs. 80,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 4,000,000; repair, shifting and refixing of smart/AI traffic signals with estimated cost Rs. 50,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 2,500,000; and repair or supply of poles, foundations, lights, LED bulbs, road lights, LED linear lights, LED flood lights, LED garden lights, decorative lights, robe lights, SPD, drivers, copper wire and main switches with estimated cost Rs. 100,000,000 and 5% CDR of Rs. 5,000,000. Eligible contractors must be experienced, tax-registered, financially sound and enlisted with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category. Bids shall be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS under single stage two envelope procedure. Bid security of 5% shall be submitted electronically and physical CDRs, Pay Orders and Bank Guarantees shall not be accepted. The bidding documents are to be opened at 02:00 PM in Iqbal Hall MCF office. Where the bid amount is 5% below or beyond the estimated cost, performance security of 10% of estimated cost including CDR shall be required through Deposit-at-Call under PLG (Works) Rules-2017.
