Contract For College Canteen Services Tender Notice
Description
Government Postgraduate College for Women Haripur invites applications for the contract of its college canteen for the academic year 2026-27, covering the period from 1st September 2026 to 30th June 2027. The contractor will install and supervise canteen stalls, comply strictly with prescribed quality, quantity and prices, and deposit monthly rent determined by the C&W Department Haripur by the 5th of each month. A refundable security deposit of Rs.20,000 must be deposited within three days of award. Tender forms may be obtained from the college from 8th August to 22nd August 2026 against Rs.500 and completed forms must be sent by registered post to the Principal by 22nd August 2026. Tenders will be opened on 24th August 2026 at 10:00 AM in the presence of applicants or representatives. Cancellation or overwriting on forms is not permitted. The contractor must pay electricity and gas bills, provide complete staff details for security purposes, display approved price lists and comply with college timings. All canteen staff must be female. Plastic-wrapped items such as chips, biscuits, toffees and chocolates are not permitted.
