College Canteen Operation Contract Tender Notice
Description
Sealed tenders are invited by registered post for the operation of the college canteen. Interested bidders shall submit the prescribed tender form complete in all respects together with a refundable Call Deposit of PKR 30,000 in the name of the undersigned. The envelope must clearly mention the college canteen contract. Tender documents may be obtained from the college office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500. Bids shall be submitted through registered post. Tender opening will take place at 12:00 PM in the presence of applicants or their authorized representatives after submission closes at 11:00 AM. The contract shall be awarded to the female contractor offering the lowest rates without compromising quality, subject to the recommendation of the canteen committee and approval of the competent authority. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender by assigning reasons in accordance with KPPRA rules. Applicants must possess a good financial and social reputation and must not have sectarian or political affiliations.
