Fatima Jinnah Women University invites sealed bids for renting or leasing one university shop at Campus-I for a Refreshment and Fruit Shop measuring 18 feet by 12 feet. The minimum annual rent is Rs.366,000 and earnest money or bid security is 5 percent amounting to Rs.18,300, payable separately through Demand Draft, Pay Order or Call Deposit Receipt in favor of Treasurer Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi. Interested bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments, be active tax filers, economically sound and experienced. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 19th August 2026. Procurement is through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure and evaluation will follow PPRA Rule 38-A, with the technically compliant highest evaluated bid accepted under the tender document.
