Supply Of Utility Vehicles And Material Handling Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Supply of insulated bucket mounted utility vehicles, cranes mounted trucks of 3-ton capacity and a 5-ton fork lifter on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi, Islamabad and Rajjar. Quantities are 5 insulated bucket mounted utility vehicles, 10 cranes mounted trucks and 1 fork lifter. The utility vehicles must conform to NTDC Specification DDS-11:2023 as amended to date, while cranes mounted trucks and fork lifter must conform to IESCO specifications. Bid bonds are Rs. 2,000,000, Rs. 6,000,000 and Rs. 300,000 respectively. Only e-bids through E-PADS are acceptable and the procurement will follow single stage two envelope procedure. Prices must be firm and final on DDP basis without foreign exchange involvement. Bids must be valid for 120 days and original bid security must remain valid for 148 days in the prescribed form. Bids must cover the full tender quantity and quoted prices must include applicable taxes, GST and duties. Bids will be received by 31st August 2026 at 10:30 AM and opened at 11:00 AM.
