Islamabad Electric Supply Company invites e-bids for 2026-27 from FBR-registered firms and manufacturers for supply on free delivery basis to IESCO Regional Stores Rawalpindi Islamabad and Rajjar. The procurement includes - five insulated bucket mounted utility vehicles under NIDC Specifications DDS-11:2023 amended to date with bid bond of Rs.2,000,000 - ten 3-ton crane mounted trucks under IESCO specifications with bid bond of Rs.6,000,000 - one 5-ton forklift under IESCO specifications with bid bond of Rs.300,000. E-bids must be submitted through E-PADS and the procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Prices must be firm and final on DDP basis without foreign exchange involvement and bids must remain valid for 120 days. Original bid security or guarantee must be submitted before bid closing, valid for 28 days beyond bid validity, in the form of Bank Guarantee or CDR from a scheduled bank having A+ or above rating. Bids must cover the full tender quantity and quoted prices must include applicable taxes GST and duties.
