Procurement of winter and summer uniforms for 91 girls studying at Government Girls Secondary School of Special Education for Hearing Impaired, Khanewal, comprising Lot 1 winter uniforms including qameez, shalwar, jersey, shawl, shoes, socks and shameez with estimated cost Rs.450,000 and earnest money Rs.22,500; Lot 2 summer uniforms with shoes including shirt, shalwar, dupatta or sash, shameez, shoes or pumps and socks with estimated cost Rs.330,000 and earnest money Rs.16,500; and Lot 3 summer uniforms without shoes including shirt, shalwar, dupatta or sash and shameez with estimated cost Rs.300,000 and earnest money Rs.15,000. Grand estimated cost is Rs.1,080,000 and stated total earnest money is Rs.44,000. Bidders must be registered for sales tax, income tax and Punjab E-Procurement and submit technical and financial offers electronically under Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bids must be uploaded by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and technical offers will be opened at 10:30 AM. Financial offers of technically successful bidders will be opened later. Samples selected randomly after supply may be tested at National Textile University Faisalabad or BZU Textile University Multan at the supplier's expense, and non-conforming supplies must be replaced at the supplier's own expense and risk. Successful bidders must provide a 10% performance guarantee, comply with applicable taxes and submit required registration documents and affidavit.
