Auction Of Photocopy Services Tender Notice

University of Education, Faisalabad Campus invites sealed tenders/bids for auction of photocopy services under Tender No. UEFC/2026-27/02. Bidding shall be conducted under Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure pursuant to Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bidders must be experienced firms registered with the Income Tax Department and Punjab Revenue Authority. Bid security is PKR 11,900, equivalent to 5% of the tender value. Tender documents are available after publication and may be obtained from the Accounts Office, University of Education, Lahore, Faisalabad Campus, College Road, Samanabad, Faisalabad, against a tender fee of Rs.1,000 through prescribed payment methods. Bids must be submitted by 27 August 2026 at 10:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM on the same day. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft or Pay Order in favor of Principal, University of Education, Faisalabad Campus is required. No supporting document will be accepted after opening of bids and applicable taxes shall be deducted by the University.
