Annual Contract For Photocopy Shop Operations Tender Notice
Description
Auction for awarding the annual photocopy shop contract. Interested bidders may obtain the bidding documents upon payment of the prescribed document fee or by depositing the fee into the designated bank account and submitting proof before submission of the bid documents. A refundable bid security of PKR 30,000 in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory for participation. The contract will be awarded to the highest bidder subject to the prescribed terms and conditions. Only bidders who have deposited the bid security will be eligible. Bid documents shall be submitted according to the prescribed procedure. Bid opening will take place at 12:30 PM after submission closes at 12:00 PM. If the auction is unsuccessful, it will be re-held under the same procedure on the subsequent announced occasions. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all offers.
