Hino Bus Body Parts Repair Services Tender Notice
Description
Supply, delivery and after-sales support of Hino bus interior and exterior body parts, denting and painting works, electronic parts and electronic works for the UET Lahore Transport Fleet. E-bids are invited on Single Stage Two Envelope basis comprising Technical and Financial Proposals from manufacturers, authorized distributors, importers, sole agents of foreign principals and reputed firms or companies having sufficient managerial, technical and financial capabilities. Bidding documents and proposals must be submitted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System, and manual bids will not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 99,979, equivalent to 2% of the estimated premium amount, must be submitted electronically in accordance with the e-procurement requirements, failing which the offer will be rejected as non-responsive. The University may reject all bids or proposals under Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
