Poultry Feed Manufacturers Prequalification Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification of poultry feed manufacturers, suppliers and authorized dealers registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments for procurement of approximately 300,000 bags of poultry feed, each bag weighing 50 kg, with an estimated cost of Rs. 130 million, on Freight On Road basis for Government Poultry Farms located at Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Multan, Bahawalpur, Dera Ghazi Khan, Dina, Gujrat, Attock, Mianwali, Bahawalnagar, Rakh Ghulaman Bhakkar, Governor House Lahore and other Government Poultry Farms opened during financial year 2026-27 under the administrative control of the Directorate of Poultry Research Institute, Rawalpindi. Feed shall be supplied in crumb and pellet forms. Only technical proposals are invited for pre-qualification. Evaluation will consider reputation, relevant experience, past performance, feed plant capabilities, storage facilities, financial position, taxation documents and valid Feed Mill Registration License. Pre-qualification documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System and procurement shall be governed by PPRA Rules 2014 as amended.
