Landfill Site Establishment And Operation Tender Notice
Description
Establishment of a landfill site at Faisalabad under Design, Build and Operation mode. E-Bids are invited only from pre-qualified contractors and firms registered with the registration system available on e-PADS and registered with FBR, PRA with NTN and PNTN, and PPRA for e-procurement. The required PEC category is C1 and above with codes CE-09, CE-10 and ME-06. The estimated cost is Rs. 2,030,663,094 and bid security is Rs. 60,919,893 in the name of Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company, in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order. The original bid security instrument must be submitted in a clearly marked envelope before the e-bid submission deadline. Complete authenticated e-bids shall be uploaded as PDF files through e-PADS. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. The e-bids will be submitted online and opened on 10th September 2026 at 11:30 AM. Single Stage Two Envelopes bidding procedure shall apply, with only technically responsive bidders qualifying for financial bid opening. Corrupt, unreadable or virus-containing electronic submissions and conditional tenders shall be rejected. Tendered rates and amounts must be entered in figures and words. Bid validity is 120 days.
